Training session on photography held under IGRMS

Under the ‘Do & Learn’ series of the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS), participants are being trained on Photography. On this occasion, Tapas Kumar Biswas (Photography Officer, IGRMS), told that Photography is the art of capturing light with a camera, usually via a digital sensor or film, to create an image.

With the right camera equipment, you can photograph wavelengths of light invisible to the human eye, including UV, infrared, and radio. To portray their emotions, some people do amateur photography and in the future, they often make their hobbies as the career. A Shutter Speed, Aperture and Focus are three basic functions of in any camera.

The participants of Do and learn program exploring the various functions of their camera which was unknown to them and learning the theoretical and practical aspects for Better Photography. They have been taught about the Camera functions, Special effects, Depth of Field, Lenses of Different focal lengths, White Balance, ISO and about the filters.
