The much-awaited flight services from the Veer Surendra Sai Airport at Jharsuguda to Mumbai and Bengaluru would commence from January 12, informed the State Commerce & Transport Department in a tweet.
SpiceJet, the country’s low-cost airline, would operate the services connecting Mumbai-Jharsuguda-Bengaluru. The SpiceJet Boeing 737 would fly on this route, source said.
The flight services between Mumbai-Jharsuguda-Bengaluru would be available for four days, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, in a week.
