Madhubani Art Workshop' to be held on Sunday

An online workshop 'Madhubani Art Workshop' will be held on Sunday. The artists aspiring to learn different forms of paintings have an opportunity to learn the ages-old tribal art. A painting workshop will be organised online for the artists where the participants will discover the colourful world of tribal art.

Art and Craft Villa is conducting workshops on different arts like Mithila, Madhubani to the students. It is to be noted that these paintings are basically based on the Vastu and traditions of its area. Madhubani form of art focuses on the rituals and happiness of people. It shows the human activities from dawn till dusk.

The Madhubani paintings define the creativity of the tribal artist fantastically. It depicts the beauty of nature, melodious chirping of birds and people taking the pleasure of it. Further it also focuses majorly on Lord Krishna and a different type of cloth is required to make a madhubani art.

The tribals live with their tradition and define it in their creativity and all the paintings have distinctive features. Gond on the other hand, portrays the scenes, birds, animals and human faces on dark and vibrant colours. The paintings have brown or black base.

Art and Craft Villa organise the workshop with an aim to keep these traditional painting alive. Many students till now have already learned these forms at online art workshop.
