GGSIPU starts University Grievance Monitoring System

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University  has started University Grievance Monitoring system. Its link is available on the university website.

It is an online web-enabled system developed by NIC to redress and monitoring public grievances. On the launch ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of the University, professor Mahesh Verma, said that it will be helpful in the improvement of the administrative as well as academic performance of the university.

The salient features of this portal are — maintenance of public grievances, prioritisation of grievances, forwarding and movement to multiple departments, tracking of grievance till redressal and online status check.

A training programme was also organised by NIC in this regard.
