Graduating ceremony of the six-month certificate course in Business Analytics for working professionals was organized at ISI Kolkata on 17th Dec. This course was jointly conceived by ISI (Indian Statistical Institute) and JMA (Jamshedpur Management Association).
The graduating ceremony was attended by Sanghamitra Bandyopadhyay (Director ISI) and Chanakya Chaudhary (VP Corporate Services Tata Steel and President JMA). This program was well received by students with participation from across India and abroad. The students were from manufacturing, logistics, medical sciences, utilities services companies.
Both Director ISI and President JMA in their address congratulated the graduating students’ and reiterated to do more similar programs in future targeted towards the emerging need of corporates. Other members present on the occasion included Amitabh Bhattcharjee (Hony. Secretary JMA), Prof. Amitava Bandhophadyay , Prof. Nikhil Pal, Prof. Utpal Gorain , Malay Bhattacharjee from ISI and Satish Agarwal JMA Managing team member.
