Teacher's Day celebrated at DPS Chas

 

Bokaro: The students of DPS Chas celebrated Teacher’s Day with zeal and zest. The function was held in the school auditorium, and the excitement in the school atmosphere was quite contagious. The students of class XII took over the duties of the teachers for the day. A morning assembly was held by the students, in which the students paid tribute to the great teacher Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
They express gratitude towards their teachers by presenting flowers and cards. A beautiful programme was organized by the student council and showcased with a melodious song sung by the school choir and a fabulous dance performance by the girls’ students, who won the hearts of everyone. The entire celebration paved a new hope for teachers to rejoice in the journey as some of the teachers were felicitated for their hard work and dedication.

Teacher's Day celebrated at DAV Public School Sector-4

 

Bokaro: On the occasion of Teacher's Day in DAV Public School, Sector 4 (Bokaro), the children of the school got the opportunity to become teachers, wardens and principals. Fulfilling all those responsibilities, the children taught different subjects to the children of class VI, VII and VIII. It was a unique experience for the children. Through this activity students learned how difficult the responsibilities of a teacher and with how much hard work and dedication a teacher teaches children simultaneously they shape their future. During the event Principal AK Jha said, “Strive for progress, not just completion.” The purpose of education is to create progressive human beings and not just those who vaguely run after perfection. “If you think about it, it will be simple to make human society a civilized society. ARO Arun Kumar said that, "Teaching is one of the most noble and selfless professions. Teachers try to impart best practical and ethical knowledge to their students through many creative and innovative methods to make them better human beings and great learners".

 

Teachers’ Day celebrated in Lohardaga

 

Lohardaga: Teachers’ Day was celebrated with pomp in the district including State Girls Middle School, Ursuline Convent Girls School, Manohar Lal Aggarwal Saraswati Vidya Mandir Inter College. The programme started by lighting the lamp and offering floral tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. On the occasion, the students welcomed the teachers by giving them welcome songs, congratulatory letters, gifts and bouquets. During the program, all the students presented many interesting programs to celebrate Teacher's Day. On this occasion, Principal of Girls Middle School, Bijay kumar Principal of Vidhya Mandir Inter College, Uttam Mukherjee, teachers of Ursuline Convent School gave blessings while clarifying the relationship between Guru and disciple and said that the entire life character of Bharat Ratna Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, who rose from a teacher to the highest position in the country, is exemplary.

 

 

JCB Prize for Literature 2023 Longlist revealed
