CM: India’s global prestige has increased under PM Modi

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday said that the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has instilled new self-confidence in 140 crore citizens of the country while India’s global prestige has also gone up.  
The chief minister made the remark during a visit to an exhibition based on the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of his 73rd birthday at the GPO in Hazratganj.
He said, “A feeling of respect towards Indian citizens worldwide has increased.”
The chief minister said that the people of Uttar Pradesh were fortunate that Prime Minister Narendra Modi represents the state in the country’s Parliament.
“For the first time after independence, the benefits of government schemes have reached every section of society without discrimination. Through his innovative schemes and with the programs that have been initiated over the past nine and a half years, the Prime Minister has brought about extensive changes in the lives of crores of people in the country, including the poor, farmers, youth and women, especially in villages,” he said.
Acknowledging the prime minister’s achievements Yogi said that for the first time in the country’s history, agriculture was one the priority agendas of the government while jobs and self- employment opportunities were being provided to the youth. He also highlighted various government schemes such as the National Education Policy, Digital India, Start-Up India, Stand-Up India, PM Mudra Yojana, Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao for daughters and women, which had brought about extensive changes in the lives of the people of the country.
The chief minister said, “The global recognition of yoga, the increasing inclination towards AYUSH during the COVID-19 pandemic and the growing interest in India’s traditional practices worldwide demonstrate the new image of emerging India under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.”
The chief minister also said that the present generation was witnessing Kashi Vishwanath Dham in Kashi, Char Dham of Uttarakhand, the holy temple of Somnath and Mahalok of Mahakal in a new form.  Additionally, the construction of the magnificent temple of Lord Ram in Ayodhya after 500 years reflects respect for heritage and unwavering faith.
The chief minister said that due to the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a new revolution has been brought about in the country through Digital India.
Additionally, the chief minister highlighted the government’s commitment towards the welfare of citizens by providing various beneficial schemes, such as housing for the poor, LPG connections, toilets, and Saubhagya Yojana for lighting the houses of the underprivileged without any discrimination.
“Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s successful leadership and the exhibition held on his birthday, which reflects on various aspects of his life, will inspire the people of the state to remain dedicated to society and the nation”, he said.
