‘Holi gives the message of harmony and mutual love’

Forest Officers Wives Association (FOWA) organized Holi Milan on 15.03.2024 on the occasion of Rangotsav, a symbol of social harmony and love. The program began with the traditional ritual of applying colours and gulal made of flowers and organic products on each other, symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the arrival of spring. The event served an array of delicious traditional Indian dishes, sweets and beverages, adding to the festive atmosphere and giving attendees a taste of authentic Indian cuisine.

The event provided an opportunity for members to come together, socialize and strengthen community ties, fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie among attendees.

On the occasion, FOWA President Vibha Srivastava said that Holi is also a nature festival and on such an occasion, we should also pledge to take necessary steps to protect nature.

The members present expressed their joy and satisfaction over the organization and execution of the event, praising the lively atmosphere, cultural performances and delicious food.
