Bokaro Steel Plant witnessed the induction ceremony of 31 freshly appointed O.T. trainees on March 5th. The event, organized by the Human Resources Department, saw the esteemed presence of B.K. Tiwari, Executive Director (Works), along with Rajan Prasad, Executive Director (Personnel & Administration), Harimohan Jha, Chief General Manager (Personnel), Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (HRD), and Kundan Kumar, Chief General Manager (Town Services). The ceremony commenced with all participants taking an oath of safety, administered by the chief guest.
Manish Jalota, (HRD), warmly welcomed the trainees to the Bokaro Steel Plant, acknowledging their achievements. B.K. Tiwari, extended his best wishes to the trainees for their bright future, emphasizing their crucial role in Bokaro Steel Plant's continuous ascent to new heights. He urged them to play a leading role in achieving the set goal of producing zero carbon emission steel, emphasizing both safety and environmental consciousness.
Rajan Prasad, shed light on the facilities provided to the trainees and highlighted the opportunities for career advancement based on their educational qualifications and experience. Harimohan Jha, encouraged the trainees to enhance their skills and competencies alongside their jobs, underscoring the potential for promotion through internal examinations.
Kundan Kumar, briefed the trainees about civic amenities available to them. The program was efficiently managed by Ms. Preeti Kumari, Manager (HRD). In conclusion, Rajesh Kumar, Deputy General Manager (HRD), expressed gratitude. The event saw significant contributions from all personnel of the newly established O.T.
