CM Champai to lay foundation stone of Megha Dairy Plant

In preparation for the visit of the Chief Minister, Champai Soren, to East Singhbhum district on March 07, a comprehensive inspection of the venue, Baliguma Maidan, was conducted by District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Ananya Mittal. The primary objective of this high-profile visit is the foundation stone-laying ceremony for the Megha Dairy Plant, symbolizing a significant leap forward in the region's dairy sector.

 

Present during the inspection were Deputy Development Commissioner Manish Kumar, Sub-Divisional Officer Dhalbhum Piyush Sinha, Rural SP Rishabh Garg, and a cadre of officials responsible for various aspects of event management. District Magistrate Ananya Mittal meticulously reviewed and provided directives concerning every facet of the event.

 

Key areas addressed during the inspection included:

 

Traffic Management and Evacuation Protocols: The District Magistrate emphasized the need for a well-organized traffic flow and efficient evacuation procedures to ensure the safety and convenience of attendees.

 

Security Measures: Stringent security arrangements were discussed, encompassing the deployment of security personnel, coordination with law enforcement, and the safeguarding of the Chief Minister during the event.

 

Barricading and Parking Arrangements: Detailed plans for barricading and parking were laid out to manage the influx of attendees and facilitate a smooth flow of vehicles in and around the premises.

 

Deputation of Magistrates: The District Magistrate directed the deployment of magistrates at strategic locations to oversee the proceedings and maintain order.

 

Route Chart and VIP Movement: A meticulous route chart for the Chief Minister's movement was established, ensuring seamless traffic arrangements and minimal disruption during VIP movements.

 

Overall Law and Order Maintenance: An overarching emphasis was placed on the maintenance of law and order, with clear instructions to officials to ensure a secure and peaceful environment throughout the event.

 

ADM Law and Order, GM of Jharkhand State Milk Cooperative Federation, DTO, DPRO (Public Relations), municipal body officials, and building construction officials actively participated in the inspection, showcasing a collaborative effort to guarantee the success of this significant event in East Singhbhum.
