DRT-Jabalpur took possession of the mortgaged properties of loan Defaulter Recovery Officer- Vatsalya Kumar -DRT-Jabalpur has passed order for taking physical possession ofimmovable properties mortgaged in more than seven year old NPA account of M/s Shreemati The Big Sari Mall.

Court Commissioner Mahesh  Pandey- Advocate has complied the said order. Court. Commissioner Mahesh Pandey told that M/s Shreemati The Big Sari Mall (NPA Borrower) has availed loan from Canara Bank and mortgaged duplex C-95, C-96, C-97, C-111 and C-112 situated at Palace Orchard, Gram Dhamkheda, Kolar Road, Bhopal. He further told that DRT has handed over physical possession of the said mortgaged properties owned/mortgaged by Smt. Sundari Lilwani, Ramesh Lilwani, Dinesh Lilwani, Smt. Simran Lilwani resident at Bhopal (Borrower) to auction purchasers - M/s Adishakti Trikal Infra Pvt. Ltd. (Vivek Tripathi), Rashmi Bhadkariya, Aarti Yadav and Smt. Akanksha Seth & Praveen Shukla. DRT-Jabalpur has also taken over possession of C 110- one of the mortgaged properties situated at the same place and the same will be sold through DRT Jabalpur for realization of the said loan due to the Bank in the said matter. During the said proceedings, Ranjan Kumar Pani, Chief Manager, ARM Branch, Canara Bank, Bhopal, Anjani Kumar Singh, Divisional Manager, Abhinav Gupta, Manager, Shivam Dubey, Manager, Ashish Sharma, Officer, Shivdeep Singh, Officer, Kishore Semare, Officer alongwith local residents were also present with Court Commissioner-Shri Mahesh Pandey
