SBK Party State President demands justice for tribal children

Tuesday, 05 March 2024 | PNS | Ranchi

On the death of children of two tribal labourers due to wall collapse in Heenu area of Doranda police station area of Ranchi, Sampoorna Bharat Kranti Party's National General Secretary in-charge Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh Vijay Shankar Nayak visited the site today and met the labourers fathers of Shiva Mahali and Ajay Lohra and obtained information from them about the incident.

He assured the victim's family that justice would be done to them. He demanded from the government and the builder where they were working that the children of the victim's family should be given a compensation of Rs 10 lakh and their dependent families should be given jobs so that they can get justice in the heart-wrenching incident that happened to them.
During the compensation talks, Nayak was misbehaved by the police and was pushed by the builder and BJP supporters and was forcibly removed from there by the police and without giving proper compensation to the tribal labourer, the dead bodies were removed from there and post-mortem was done.

The Sampoorna Bharat Kranti Party condemns the police action. Nayak has demanded from Chief Minister Champai Soren, an advocate of tribals, that he should personally investigate the incident and an FIR should be registered against the builder for murder and Rs. 10 lakh each should be given to the victim's families and jobs. If the demands are not met then a case for compensation will be filed in the Labour Court and they will be given justice.
