In collaboration with the National Cooperative Training Unit of the National Cooperative Union of India, New Delhi and under the able guidance of Vibha Singh, President of Nice Agro Cooperative Society India Limited, a three-day leadership development training program for the farmers of Indore district was inaugurated by the Primary Milk Producer Cooperative Society. President Badri Singh Rathore and Director of Nice Agro Cooperative Society India Limited Rahul Parewa garlanded the picture of Goddess Saraswati and lit the lamp.
In the beginning, the guests were welcomed with flowers, after which KL Rathore, former Principal of Cooperative Training Center of State State Cooperative Union, Indore, gave detailed information to the trainees about the cooperative institutions to be formed in innovation under cooperative. While giving introduction to the cooperative movement, the current scenario of the cooperative movement was discussed and how leadership is developed, its qualities were explained and the former regional manager of the Milk Cooperative Union, Indore, N.K. Pagare informed the farmers about the importance of milk cooperative. Information was given about the schemes being run by the institutions and also detailed information was given regarding how to increase milk production of milch animals and maintenance of milch animals and treatment at primary level.
Mahesh Chand Malviya, retired Cooperative Extension Officer of the Cooperative Department, gave information regarding audit, audit and accounting. About 44 farmers of Hatod tehsil of Indore district participated in the program.
The program is being organized from 16 March to 18 March 2024 in the premises of Hatod's milk cooperative society Ankit Bhatera Bazar.
