The much-awaited results of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class X were declared on Thursday.
The Doon International School vice principal, Dinesh Bartwal, said the school students had once again proved their merit in the board examinations.
The school registered an impressive result with as many as 16 students obtaining Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)-10, six students scoring CGPA of 9.8 and 12 students CGPA of 9.6. The students who secured CGPA-10 were Aditya Patwal, Aman Dimri, Anant Anand Bajpai, Avinash Dangwal, Harshal Rajan and Kunal Rawat. The overall result in terms of pass percentage was hundred per cent. “We are glad that our children have once again lived up to the expectations by excelling in large numbers,” said Bartwal.
Kendriya Vidyalaya, ONGC principal DS Negi said the overall result in terms of pass percentage was hundred per cent. As many as 23 students obtained CGPA of 10, 41 students CGPA of 9.5 and 64 students CGPA of 9.0. Those who obtained CGPA of 10 are Riddhi Malik, Mridani Purohit, Sahej Jeet Bagga, Asmit Chauhan, Akshat Kutiyal, Mohammad Faisal, Geetanjali Mishra, Riya Meena, Sakshi Negi, Deepika, Anurag Pokhriyal, Arpita Arora, Mridula Kaintura, Priyanka Dabral, Rohan Godiyal, Chhavi Mittal, Sushmita Mandal, Tukurupa, Ekansha Kumar, Ashish Aggarwal, Shoeb Khan, Aruj Sharma and Shraddha Negi.
In Scholars Home Senior Secondary School, Dehradun, two students, Neelasham Bhasin and Arpita Gupta, obtained CGPA of 10, two students Sahil Bhargava and Nikita Bagwari secured CGPA 9.8 and six secured CGPA 9.6 in the class X board exams.
Drona’s International School principal G Bisht said the school secured cent percent results. Ajay Negi topped the school by obtaining CGPA of 10 followed by Vaibhav with CGPA of 9.8, D Mamgain with CGPA of 9.6, Aman Gupta and Ayush Joshi with CGPA of 9.4 and S Sharma with CGPA of 9.2.
In Jaswant Modern Senior Secondary School, Riya Tripathi secured CGPA 9.6, Hivam Kala scored CGPA 9.4, N Rawat, Malik Singh, Jay Kumar and Rishabh Sati scored CGPA 9.2 each while Swati Kharola, Neha Verma, Beatrice Chopra and Paras Narula scored CGPA 9.0.
In KIJsiga School, of the 26 students who appeared for the exam, three scored CGPA of 10 and 14 students scored a CGPA of 8 and above. The School Principal CP Joseph congratulated the teachers and students on the excellent results.
The Indian Academy, Jogiwala principal, Neelam Sharma, expressed satisfaction at Class X board results and said that two students Rahul Rawat and Yashvani Yadav obtained CGPA of 10, Shweta Saklani and Kasim Siddhiki scored CGPA of 9.8 and Ashish Sharma scored CGPA of 9.0.
All the schools of Sri Guru Ram Rai Education Mission secured hundred percent results in the class X board examination.
As per an official, Ankit Pandey of SGRR Public school, Race Course, Vijay Kriti Dhasnana of SGRRPS, Bombeybagh, Vandana Rudola and Unnati Chauhan of SGRRPS, Patelnagar, Neha Garg of SGRRPS, Talab, Swati Joshi of SGRRPS, Bindal, Anil Kumar of SGRRPS, Balawala, Kartike Singh of SGRRPS EC Road and Nikita Chauhan of SGRRPS, Bhaniyawala secured CGPA of 10. The mission chairperson Manaht Devendra Das congratulated the teachers, students and school staff for their achievement and wished the students a bright future.
KV, Upper Camp principal MB Chatruvedi said the school’s result in class X board exams was hundred percent. A total of 96 students appeared in the board examination and seven students secured CGPA of 10, eight scored CGPA of 9.8 and six scored CGPA of 9.6.
KV OFD, Raipur principal US Chandra said the school’s results were 99.4 per cent. Three students, Gaurav Kainthola, Saurabh Dhiman and Sonia Rana obtained CGPA of 10; three scored CGPA of 9.8, three scored CGPA of 9.6, four scored CGPA of 9.4, five scored CGPA of 9.2 and three scored CGPA of 9.0.
In KV, ITBP, five students, Priyanka Bisht, Rajat Pant, Mohit Kandari, Ankit Dhiman and Pankaj Joshi secured CGPA of 10 each and Mannat Dogra obtained CGPA of 9.8.
In Saigrace Academy International, Kailash Chaudhary secured CGPA of 10, loveleet Kumar, Akash Sharma, Pragya Shukla, Sahil Nirwal obtained CGPA of 8.8 each; Ayush Sharma scored CGPA of 8.6, Priya Uniyal scored CGPA of 8.4, Anant Dobhal, Balram Chamoli, Karishna Nautiyal and Subham Nautiyal scored CGPA of 8.2 each.
Sakul Raj Sonkar emerged topper in Model School for Visually Handicapped, National Institute for the Visually Handicapped (NIVH) by obtaining CGPA of 9.6 in the examination. Sonia obtained CGPA of 8.4 and Hamraj scored CGPA of 8.0. The school principal, Kamalvir Singh Jaggi, said the school had once again raised the bar with all the students securing good marks. A total of 23 students appeared in their Class X board examination and all of them passed the exams.
