City-based Cybertech Institute of Management and Information Technology (CIMIT) on Friday launched CIMIT Animation, which will offer various multimedia and animation courses, including BSc in Animation and Diploma in Multimedia and Animation, affiliated under Karnataka State Open University.
The facility was inaugurated by Shovaniya Movement leader Arundhati Devi in the presence of Nandankanan Director Dr Sudarshan Panda, Doordarshan Deputy Director Kakali Pal, noted actor Ashrumochan Mohanty and SS Vihar Unnayan Parishad general secretary Dillip Sahoo.
Besides, it also offers special programmes like Diploma in 3D Graphics, Certificate in Visual Effects, special programme in Graphics Design, Web Design, Audio Video Editing, Composition, etc.
CIMIT Multimedia and Animation animator Rupesh Panda said students would have the opportunity to be industry-ready for any sector through the specialisation courses offered by the CIMIT Multimedia and Animation.
