His younger son Kalpesh died around a year ago due to cardiac arrest. Kalpesh, who was hardly 30-year-old, survived by wife Manisha and two children. Radadia’s elder son is Minister of State in the Anandiben Government and MlA of Jetpur constituency in Rajkot district.

Vitthal Radadiya is a BJP MP as well a farmers' leader from Porbandar. According to the sources, Radadiya's son Kalpesh Radadiya died of cardiac arrest seven months ago. Kalpesh is survived by his wife Manisha and two children.

Talking to The Pioneer, a close friend of Porbander MP said that immediately after the death of his son, Radadia wanted her daughter-in-law to again settle down in her life. “Especially, after the death of Kalpesh, he treats Manisha as his own daughter. In the marriage Vithalbhai gave Kanyadan (Hindu ritual),” he said.

According to him, Radadia himself found groom for Manisha. In fact Manisha got married with Hardik Chowatiya, a friend of Radadia's son. The marriage took place at Radadia's hometown Jam Kandorana near Rajkot.
