Following a trap case, Vigilance police recently conducted a search on the rented residential flat of Ganjam district’s Polsara MI Assistant Executive Engineer Raghunath Mishra at the Nandighose Avenue in Brahmapur and traced movable and immovable assets worth Rs1,00,44,803.
The detected assets include a double-storied building at Jeypore worth Rs20 lakh, a 2BHK flat at Rayagada worth Rs15 lakh, a plot at Dumduma in Bhubaneswar worth Rs2.3 lakh, bank and insurance deposits worth Rs46.91 lakh, household articles worth Rs3.20 lakh and gold and silver ornaments worth Rs4.08 lakh. The case was under investigation, an official release said.
