Hry to implement Human Resource Management System

Haryana Government has decided to implement Human Resource Management System (HRMS) under which the personal information of each employee like service book, annual confidential report (acr), promotion details, leave details and transfer will be registered for timely disposal of the cases.The State Finance Department has issued an order in this regard.

“Seven Departments have already started implementing the system. These are Public Health Engineering, Treasuries and Accounts, Economic and Statistical Analysis, Haryana, local Audit, Small Savings and lotteries, Sports and Youth Welfare and Forest,” said a spokesman of Finance Department on Tuesday.

He said that the Government has now decided to implement HRMS in remaining departments of the Government.

The objective of the implementation of HRMS is to create and maintain a database of all Government employees, to derive cadre management information for planning by the heads of Departments/Ministries, data processing and projection/ budgeting of employee related salary expenses.

The HRMS will also assist to get a consistent and unified picture of the employee data, maintain service registers of all employees in electronic form and would improve the productivity and efficiency of State Government.
