Madhya Pradesh Power Distribution Company will organise a complaint registration and helpline camp on February 2 at the distribution area levels.
These camps would also help the consumers in getting new connections, increasing in load, changing old meters, revenue collection and deciding the installments on the dues.
The manger of the Distribution Company Vivek Porwal said that in the camp the complaints related to meter and meter reading, correction in electricity bills, vigilance checking and billing, new connections, farmers’ grant scheme and complaints regarding not replacing the non-functional transformers with new ones.
