N Korea intent on developing capability of nuke tech: Kelly

North Korea seems to be intent on developing both missile technology and nuclear weapons capability, a top Trump administration official said on Saturday, hours after Pyongyang carried out a missile test.

Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly was quoted by CNN as saying that it is unlikely that the North Korean missile launch was in reaction to Trump’s statement, but it is certainly reflective of the intent of the authoritarian regime.
