As per the directions of Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission, a new Consumer Grievances Redressal Forum (CGRF) was made functional at Mini Secretariat, PSPCL, Ludhiana on Monday.
Paramjit Singh, Chief Engineer/ Operation, Central Zone along with Dy. CEs/ SEs of operation Circles were present. This forum will redress the Grievances of consumer relating to wrong billing, metering, tariff related issues/charges of esteem consumers of PSPCL falling under jurisdiction of Operation Border Zone, North Zone and Central Zone (except Operation Circle, Khanna).
This forum has been formed in addition to CGRF already working at Patiala, which will now redress the grievances of rest of Punjab.
S. K. Arora has assumed the charge of Chairman of this Forum, whereas Kuldeep Singh Dy. CE and Harpal Singh, CAO has joined as Member/Technical and Member/ Finance.
