ECI orders re-polling  at Demha polling station on May 6

Additional Chief Electoral Officer Sandeep Yadav said that the Election Commission of India has instructed to conduct re-polling in the polling station 195- Demha of Sidhi parliamentary constituency on 6th May.

In this regard, the Commission issued instructions that with the voting in the second phase of the State, re-election should be held in the 195 – Demha in Sidhi parliamentary constituency and all the procedures should be done as in the process of voting in the second phase.

The voting will be held from 7 am to 6 pm on May 6. This information should be given to all the electors of the polling booth concerned. Notice should be displayed on the notice board and information should be publicized through beating of drums and other means.

A written information of re-polling should be given to candidates, their electoral agents, general observer, expenditure observer and police observer.
