Training Programme on Data Analytic for Beginners in BSL

In order to provide information about the increasing utility of data in daily office work and various techniques to analyze them properly a three-day training program on “Data Analytics for Beginners” is being organized at the center for E-1 to E-5 level officers working in various departments of the plant and mining units in the Human Resource Development Center of BSL.

During this three-day training program, the participants will get trained by Sr. Manager (HRD)  Amit Anand, Manager (Electronics & Telecommunication) YS Reddy, Manager (CRM-3) Ravindra Prasad Mahto and Sr. OCT((HRD) Navneet Kumar who will also share information pertaining to Introduction to Data, Types of Data, Data Analysis Process, Data Analysis, Data Collection Tool, Data Cleaning Technique, Excel Data Analysis Function, Data Visualization Tool, Use of Excel Analytics, Machine Learning (Without Coding) which the participants will be able to use in their daily office work in a better way in data analysis and decision making which in turn will increase their work efficiency .

CGM Inc (Personnel and Administration) Pawan Kumar, General Manager (Human Resource Development) Neeta Ba along with officers of various departments and mining units of Bokaro Steel Plant were present in the inaugural session of the training program. Also Pawan Kumar and Neeta Ba highlighted the importance of digitization in today's changing environment. Training Supervisor (HRD) Hrishikesh Ranjan and SC Murmu contributed significantly to the successful organization of the program. The program was coordinated by Amit Anand (HRD).
