State Rural Development Ratification Mission-2023 Team Number-10 three office bearers - Jitendra Kumar Dev, Joint Secretary, Rural Development Department, Mukesh Kumar, Branch Officer, Rural Development Department and Kumar Saurabh, Media-cum-Training Officer, MNREGA on Monday. A review and introductory meeting of the schemes implemented in Lohardaga district was held in the Zilla Parishad Auditorium.
In the meeting, Jitendra Kumar Dev, the official of the ratification team, explained the purpose of the ratification team's arrival in the district and talked about quality checking and physical verification of all the schemes. Information was also given to rectify the errors found in the plans during the inspection. While reviewing the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), instructions were given to reduce the difference between the first and third installment of the housing scheme and to complete block-wise incomplete houses. He said that block-wise review of the schemes being implemented in the blocks under the Rural Development Department will be done. Along with this, instructions were given that whatever problems are there in the blocks, panchayats, the officials will definitely inform about them.
In the meeting, Deputy Development Commissioner Sameera S. told the ratification team to extend full cooperation to the district.
It may be noted that the said team will be on tour till 27.04.2023 in Lohardaga district.
In the meeting, Sub-Divisional Officer Arvind Kumar Lal, District Planning Officer, District Agriculture Officer, District Soil Conservation Officer, Executive Engineer Minor Irrigation, Executive Officer Municipal Council, All Block Development Officer, Project Officer DRDA, Nodal Officer of SAGY, DPM JSLPS, District and Block Coordinators, Training Coordinators of PMAY, Technical Experts from WCDC, District Coordinators NRM/CFP, GIS Coordinators NRM CFP, All BPO MGNREGA, All BPM and Block Coordinators JSLPS and representatives of Hindalco Industries were present.
