Under the pre -determined schedule under the aegis of the Chief Electoral Officer's office, the five -day training cum certification program of the first phase of ROs of all assembly constituencies and more than 140 AROs was organized from 27 August to 31 August. For this, training programs were organized in various batches for the auditorium of the Chief Electoral Officer Office and the office bearers at JCERT Ratu.
During the five -day training session, the main instructors of Jharkhand, including Election Commission, Odisha, Haryana, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, gave order -wise training to the office bearers in various sessions.
At the same time, Chief Electoral Officer K Ravi Kumar addressed the joint session of all the trainees. In his address, he highlighted some of the unexpected election related common mistakes and their measures for their resolving.
During the training session during the training session, RO and ARO of all assembly constituencies to election related subjects such as eligibility and disqualification of candidates, election symbols, nomination related instructions, criminal precedent, e -roll, vulnerableness mapping, EVM and VVPAT training, ideal code of conduct, expenditure Point -wise training was given on topics like management, sweep, polling party system, postal ballot, paid news, MCMC, counting etc.
In the training program, the senior Principal Secretary of the Election Commission of India, NN Butolia, Secretary Vinod Kumar, Under Secretary Rakesh Kumar Saini, NLMT Pankaj Setia of Haryana, NLMT KR Singh, Sunil Kumar Sharma, Pranab Singh, Odisha, Odisha NLMT Devi Prasad Mohanty, NLMT PN Sensor of Madhya Pradesh, NLMT Yashloka Ranjan of Bihar, while NLMT Rajesh Verma of Jharkhand, Geeta Choubey, Dev Das Dutta, SN Jamil, Sunil Kumar Provided training to officials on related subjects.
