Along with the political heat, the summer temperature has also become high in Jharkhand. The Meteorological Department informed that the heat wave is expected to continue across the State for the next five days. Yellow alert has also been issued for this. The temperature may increase by two to three degrees in the next three days.
The temperature in 11 districts of the state has crossed 40 degrees Celsius. Godda in Santhal Pargana had the highest temperature of 44 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department also informed that on April 26, there will be a heat wave in the three districts of Kolhan, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum and Seraikela-Kharsawan districts. Heat wave conditions will be seen at isolated places in Bokaro and Dhanbad districts of North Chhotanagpur division as well as in Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Godda and Sahibganj districts of Santhal Pargana. There is a possibility of heat wave in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Seraikela Kharsawan, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Deoghar, Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Godda and Sahebganj on April 27.
There is a possibility of a heat wave in 14 out of 24 districts of the state on 28 April. In which, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Khunti, Deoghar, Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Godda and Sahibganj. On April 29, Palamu, Garhwa, East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Ramgarh, Bokaro, Dhanbad Ranchi, Khunti, Deoghar, Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Godda and Sahibganj are included.
