Crime branch team arrested the accused absconding for eight years under POCSO Act from Goa, accused had intimidated the minor victim and forced her into prostitution in several hotels in Goa eight years ago.
The accused forcibly sent the victim to Delhi, Goa, Surat, Dehradun, Mussoorie and got her into prostitution.
A case was registered under section 363,366(a),376(2n), 372, 373, 506, 323,294,342,34 IPC against the accused. And the crime was registered under the 5/6 POCSO Act.
The accused Akash Jaiswal was absconding for eight years.
Crime branch team conducted raids in many hotels of South and North Goa and arrested the accused Akash Jaiswal.
A complaint was made with GRP Jabalpur police station regarding the kidnapping of her minor daughter, in which after the victim's testimony, the victim had told in her statement that Sakshi Sharma, a resident of Bhopal, was forcing her to do dirty work by luring her with modeling. They made videos of him and made him do dirty work at many places by threatening and threatening to make the video viral, who forcibly sent him to Goa resident Akash Jaiswal, where Akash Jaiswal forcibly kept him at many places in Bagha Beach, Kangalgut Beach, Candolim Beach and many people were killed.
Along with this, people were forced into prostitution. Akash was also forcibly sent to Delhi, Dehradun, Mussoorie and forced to do prostitution.
During investigation, accused Sakshi Sharma was arrested. Efforts were made to arrest Akash Jaiswal. After continuous efforts, the Crime Branch team reached Goa and raided several hotels and succeeded in arresting Akash Jaiswal.
