Maximum Temperature crosses 45 degrees in State

The heat wave is increasing rapidly in Jharkhand. The month of May has started and now the maximum temperature has crossed 45 degrees Celsius in the State on Thursday. Temperatures in many districts have exceeded 40 degrees in the State.

 

 As per the information provided by Ranchi Indian Meteorological Center, there is no possibility of any change in the maximum temperature in the State in the next 24 hours. After this, it may drop by 2 to 3 degrees in the next 2 to 3 days.

 

Generally, after the beginning of the day, people are eager to know about the temperature of their district. They want to know what the temperature was at his place this morning. After this they generally assess the heat and cold throughout the day.

 

The Center also informed that, the maximum temperature in the State has crossed 45 degrees Celsius at 10 am on Thursday. The highest temperature was recorded in Seraikela. The maximum temperature recorded here was 45.4 degrees Celsius.

 

According to the weather center, the maximum temperature of many districts including Jamshedpur, Daltenganj, Bokaro, Chaibasa, Deoghar, Garhwa, Godda, Jamtara, Pakur, Palamu, Seraikela, West Singhbhum was recorded more than 41 degrees Celsius in the State.

 

The Center also informed that, the heat wave conditions can be seen at some places in Seraikela-Kharsawan, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, Bokaro, Dhanbad, Deoghar, Jamtara, Dumka, Pakur, Godda, Sahibganj on May 2 in the State.

 

People should take precautions to avoid the heat. Adopt safety measures. Especially taking special care of children. While travelling, carry water in a bottle with you. Use an umbrella, cap or towel to cover your head and face.
