Alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar  has yet again made startling claims in the alleged excise policy linked money laundering in his missive to the Home Minister Amit Shah by attaching screenshots of Whatsapp Chats implicating BRS leader K. Kavitha, AAP leader Satyender Jain and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in regards to cash transactions.

The letter dated April 15 by Sukesh, who is accused in a Rs 200 crore cheating case involving the wife of a former Fortis Healthcare promoter, stated, “This is an urgent application seeking your (Home Minister Amit Shah) intervention in regards to ongoing investigation in the Delhi Excise Policy Case, against Arvind Kejriwal and K. Kavitha.”

He alleges that the screenshot attached by him proves full involvement of AAP supremo, who is lodged in Tihar jail since April 1, and other leaders in the now scrapped excise policy scam. “Sir I am hereby attaching a few screenshots of Whatsapp Chats between me, K. Kavitha and Satyender Jain and Arvind Kejriwal. The said chats are in regards to a few cash transactions which were collected by my staff in Hyderabad from K. Kavitha on the instructions of Satyender Jain and Arvind Kejriwal and the same cash was transferred by me to Delhi and Goa,” he said.

In the chats, the amount is coded as “Ghee Tin” each tin is equal to 1 crore rupees, he claimed. “The whatsapp chats attached also confirm the full Involvement of K. Kavitha and Satyender Jain and Arvind Kejriwal prima facie. The cash was collected from the BRS office in Hyderabad by my persons on the instructions of K. Kavitha, the chats confirm the same,” he said. The chats, attached in the letter, mentions 15kgs of ghee tin ready for delivery.
