Two-day faculty induction program successfully concludes at Medi-Caps

Medi-Caps University Indore, Dr Kuber Datt Gautam, Prof Incharge Media, said that  Medi-Caps University, known for its significant contributions to the highest echelons of education, has once again demonstrated its commitment to academic excellence through the successful completion of a two-day Faculty Induction Program. Held on August 13-14, 2024, the event was designed to acquaint new faculty members with the university's operations, values, and academic culture.

The program commenced with the University Anthem, setting a tone of unity and purpose.

 Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Patnaik warmly welcomed the new members of the academic community, emphasizing the pivotal role that educators play in shaping society. Through a series of inspirational anecdotes, he highlighted the profound impact of dedicated teaching.

Pro Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) D.K. Panda further elaborated on the university's mission, vision, and core values, setting the stage for a series of informative sessions. These sessions provided new faculty members with an in-depth understanding of various university departments, HR policies, IQAC cell, examination protocols, library resources, ERP systems, and other critical facilities.

In keeping with the university's strong emphasis on research, a dedicated session focused on the importance of ethical research practices. Faculty members were encouraged to contribute to the university's research endeavors, bolstering Medi-Caps University's reputation as a hub of scholarly excellence. Additionally, participants were briefed on the mentor system, student support services, and the vibrant array of university clubs and activities.

A guided campus tour offered new faculty members an opportunity to engage with department heads and explore the university's extensive resources. This tour underscored the institution's commitment to providing a conducive environment for both academic and personal growth. The first day concluded with a stress management session, offering faculty members valuable tools to maintain well-being amidst their professional responsibilities.
