Weather to remain clear for next 3 days in MP

It would relief from the abrupt weather conditions as the weather will remain clear in Madhya Pradesh for the next 3 days, i.e. till March 10.

Western Disturbance will not have much impact, but there will definitely be light clouds in Gwalior-Chambal division. At the same time, there will be coolness due to northern winds. After two days, the day and night temperature will increase by 2 to 3 degrees.

Earlier on Wednesday, the mercury remained 34 degrees or more in Narsinghpur, Seoni and Dhar. The night temperature has also increased by 1 to 2 degrees.

Meteorologist  said, due to snowfall in the mountains, northern winds are coming in the state. Due to this, there is coolness in the state even during the day. Due to active Western Disturbance the wind direction will change. Due to this, there will be less coolness during day and night. The weather will remain dry for the next 5 days.

Due to Western Disturbance, there is no possibility of rain in the state, but there will definitely be clouds in some districts of Gwalior-Chambal division.

During the last 24 hours, there was rain at some places in the districts of Jabalpur division of the state and the weather remained mainly dry in the remaining divisions. There was no significant change in day temperatures in all the districts of the divisions. They were particularly low in the districts of Gwalior division; It was very less in the districts of Bhopal, Indore, Narmadapur, Ujjain, Sagar divisions.

The night temperatures remained below normal in the districts of Rewa, Jabalpur, Shahdol divisions. The  night   temperature was especially high in the districts of Rewa division; Temperatures rose significantly in the districts of Narmadapur, Gwalior and Sagar divisions and there was no significant change in the temperatures in the districts of all the remaining divisions.

They remained very less in the districts of Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior divisions; it was below normal in the districts of Narmadapur, Sagar division, above normal in the districts of Shahdol division and normal in the districts of all the remaining divisions.

From March 1 to 3, there was light rain in the entire state and heavy rain in some places. Hail storm was witnessed in more than 35 districts and the speed of the storm reached 74Km per hour. The weather changed in many districts including Bhopal, Gwalior, Ujjain, Chhindwara, Datia, Raisen, Vidisha, Narmadapuram. Due to this, crops also got damaged and the government started a survey.

Due to cold winds, chilly weather conditions prevailed in many cities of the state because of this, Gwalior remained the coldest for the second consecutive day. The day temperature here was recorded at 25.2 degrees. The temperature on Tuesday was 25.1 degrees.

The temperature was recorded at 29.2 degrees in Bhopal, 31.9 degrees in Indore, 28.7 degrees in Jabalpur and 31.5 degrees in Ujjain.

The mercury remained below 28 degrees in Nowgong, Shivpuri, Khajuraho, Rewa and Pachmarhi.

The mercury remained at 30 degrees or more in Tikamgarh, Ratlam, Sagar, Narmadapuram, Shajapur, Damoh, Chhindwara, Khargone, Betul, Malajkhand, Khandwa, Mandla, Narsinghpur, Dhar and Seoni.
