The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) approaches the release date of the final result for the 2024 Civil Services Examination. When the UPSC releases the examination results they will be available for candidates to access through their official website.

Recruitment for 1132 Posts

The UPSC started its interview session on 7 January 2025 and brought it to completion on 17 April 2025. Job seekers are intensely waiting for the results. Selection to IAS and IPS and other roles depends on the results from the UPSC CSE evaluation process. In 2024 the UPSC released 1132 open positions through their advertisement.

Last Year’s Result Release Date

UPSC conducted its interviews from 9 April until they announced the results on 16 April in the prior year. The top position belonged to Aditya Shrivastava who resides in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The second position went to Animesh Pradhan and Donuru Ananya Reddy achieved third place.

Once the results are released, you can check them using the following method:

First, visit the official website upsc.gov.in

Then, go to the ‘What’s New’ section on the homepage.

Next, click on the UPSC CSE Final Result 2024 link.

This will open the UPSC CSE Final Result 2024-25 PDF file on your screen.

Now you can check your name and roll number in the PDF file using (Ctrl+F).

Finally, download the UPSC Civil Services Final Result 2024 PDF file.
