Changes in traffic system for three days in Ranchi

If you live in the capital Ranchi, then before leaving the house, check the traffic route once. Changes have been made in the traffic system of Ranchi for three days from today. During this time, there will be no entry of vehicles on many routes.

Ram Navami tableau will be taken out on April 5 and Shobha Yatra will be taken out tomorrow on April 6. The next day, on April 7, the idol immersion procession of Maa Durga will be taken out. Changes have been made in the traffic system regarding this. Heavy vehicles will not enter the urban areas from 4 pm to 6 am on April 6. All heavy goods vehicles will go to their destination using the ring road.

Normal traffic will remain closed from Kishori Yadav Chowk towards Upper Bazaar, Mahavir Mandir Chowk, and Shaheed Chowk. Similarly, the movement of vehicles going from Mahavir Mandir Chowk and Subhash Chowk towards Upper Bazaar will also be prohibited.

Entry of heavy vehicles in the urban area will be prohibited from 1 pm on Ram Navami till the end of the procession. All types of heavy goods vehicles will operate to their destination via the ring road.

The movement of general vehicles will be prohibited from Kishori Yadav Chowk to Upper Bazar Mahavir Mandir Chowk, from Shahid Chowk towards Upper Bazar Mahavir Mandir Chowk and from Subhash Chowk towards Upper Bazar Mahavir Mandir Chowk. The entry of general vehicles will be prohibited on the route from SSP Awas Chowk to Kachhari Chowk, Shahid Chowk. Vehicles coming from Circular Road will be able to reach only till Jail Chowk and will operate on other routes from there.

The entry of general vehicles will be prohibited on the route from Zakir Hussain Park to Commissioner Chowk, Radium Chowk. The movement of general vehicles coming from the old Municipal Corporation Office towards Commissioner Chowk will be prohibited. The movement of general vehicles coming from Chadri Talab towards Albert Ekka Chowk will be prohibited. The movement of general vehicles will be prohibited on the route from Plaza Chowk to Albert Ekka Chowk.

The movement of general vehicles coming from Purulia Road towards Sarjna Chowk will be prohibited. The movement of general vehicles coming from SN Ganguly Road, Vishnu Gali, Budhiya Gali and Radheshyam Gali to Main Road will be prohibited. Movement of normal vehicles coming from Church Road towards Main Road will be prohibited. Movement of normal vehicles coming towards Main Road near Ul House will be prohibited.

Movement of normal vehicles coming from Karbala Chowk to Ratan PP will be prohibited. Movement of normal vehicles coming from PP Compound towards Sujata Chowk will be prohibited. Movement of vehicles from both sides will be prohibited in Chutia Bazaar Road. Movement of all types of normal vehicles from Rajendra Chowk towards Overbridge, Sujata Chowk will be prohibited.

Normal movement from Piska Mor towards Ratu Road New Market Chowk will be prohibited. Heavy vehicles will not enter the urban area of Ranchi from 8 am to 12 pm on April 7. All heavy goods vehicles will use the ring road.

During Chaiti Durga Visarjan, the immersion routes will be diverted as per the need. On other roads of Ranchi, traffic will also be diverted as per the need on the basis of Ram Navami Shobha Yatra and procession.
