he annual fee has been fixed for 1 to 301 or more beds hospital. The proposal to charge an annual fee of Rs 10000 for a hospital with 1 to 15 beds and Rs 5 lakh for a hospital with 301 or more beds were among several decisions at BMC budget presentation on Saturday.

Number of beds in nursing home and hospital annual license fee would be 1 to 301 beds starting from Rs 10000 to Rs 5 lakh.

Mayor Rai while presenting budget that BMC will give a one-time rebate of 6 percent property tax on installing solar panels before March 31. This exemption will be given in the financial year 2024-25.
